These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DropWidget (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DropWidget provides a voice AI assistant that you can embed on a website. When you register a site, we crawl its publicly available pages to build a knowledge base, and the embedded widget answers visitor questions using that content.
You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
We offer a free trial as described at sign-up. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) embed the widget on a website you do not own or are not authorized to manage; (b) violate any law or third-party right; (c) upload or surface unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (d) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or (e) resell the Service without our written permission. We may impose usage limits and may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
By registering a site, you represent that you own it or are authorized to have it crawled and to have an assistant answer questions about it. You grant us permission to access, crawl, store, and process that site's content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your content and for the answers your visitors receive.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment processing (Stripe), AI model and voice processing (OpenAI), web rendering/crawling (Firecrawl), and email delivery (Resend). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.
The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by DropWidget and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service except the limited right to use it as permitted here.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing how the assistant represents your business. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropWidget will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
